Getting Started
-
The initial consultation is a complimentary call to discuss your needs and goals for therapy. We’ll determine if we might be a good fit to work together and discuss scheduling. This is also a good time for you to ask any questions you have about working with me. I look forward to speaking with you and learning how I can help.

I am not an in-network provider for any health insurance plans. If your insurance has out-of-network benefits, it may cover a portion of the fee after your deductible is met. Please contact your insurance provider to determine whether your plan covers meetings with out-of-network providers. I recommend asking these questions to help determine your benefits:
• Does my plan cover out-of-network outpatient psychotherapy?
• Do I have an out-of-network deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?
• How many sessions per year does my insurance cover?
• What is the coverage or “allowed amount” per session?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
-
Please contact me for current rates.
-
I accept checks, FSA and HSA cards, and all major forms of credit and d bit cards as forms of payment. Fee-for-service is charged at the time of service.
If you have out-of-network benefits your insurance may reimburse some portion of the service.
