Welcome!
I am an O’ahu-based psychotherapist licensed in Hawai’i, Washington, Massachusetts, and Iowa. My work centers on the understanding that we develop and heal in connection. Using this relational lens, I pay mindful attention to the concepts of connection and disconnection to nurture self-awareness and growth-fostering relationships. With over two decades as a student/practitioner of yoga and mindfulness and as a lifelong athlete, I weave my experiences with mindfulness, movement (and stillness), breath, and the neuroscience of performance into my work to support mind-body integration.
